I am a Ph.D. student in Mathematical, Computational & Systems Biology program of UC Irvine. I am currently working on learning gene regulatory network(GRN), and developmental trajectory with multi-omic data using machine learning and bioinformatic methods.

Before joining the Nie Lab, I got my bachelor and master degree in Software Engineering from Beihang University in China, and worked on modeling collaborations between the CpGs in DNA methylation, and on predicting the citywide traffic accident by deep learning method.

My research interest lies in machine learning, epigenetics, multi-omics, and GRN inference.
